Shipping Rates and Options

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $99 within the United States and on orders over $200 in other countries.

Domestic Shipping Options (for all 50 U.S. states):

• Standard Shipping: Delivery in 7-14 business days (excluding production time)
• Express Shipping: Delivery in 6-11 business days (excluding production time)
• Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 4-6 business days (excluding production time)

International Shipping Options (for 48 other countries):

• Standard Shipping: Delivery in 7-14 business days (excluding production time)
• Express Shipping: Delivery in 6-11 business days (excluding production time)
• Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 4-6 business days (excluding production time)

Our standard shipping carriers are automatically chosen from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or YunExpress. Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to track the delivery through the carrier. (*) Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If you have a specific and tight desired delivery date, we recommend reaching out to us before making your purchase.

Production Time

Our products are made-to-order. Once you place an order, our production process begins, and we create your item according to your specifications. As a result, there is a production time associated with each order. Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time For example, if you order an item, it will require 2-4 business days of processing/production time and 7-14 business days of shipping time (Standard Shipping). Therefore, you can expect to receive it within 9-18 business days.

• Please note that shipping times do not include weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time Exceeded

Due to the impact of peak season, international shipping may experience delays. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at [email protected], and we will promptly investigate the situation with the transportation company. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations

For changing or canceling the orders, please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected], providing your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made. Please note that change or cancellation of your order may not be accepted in certain cases. Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 4 hours (weekdays) or 12 hours (weekends) of placing the order. After that, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled. Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
